The male model depends on M. The height is 6.2 feet (190 cm), chest circumference 37.7 “(96 cm), waist circumference 33.4” (85 cm).
The female model wore M. Size 5.8 feet (178 cm), chest circumference 34.6 “(88 cm), waist circumference 27.16” (69 cm), hip circumference 37.7 “(96 cm).

This makes for wonderfully soft tees and gives them a slightly vintage look. The designs may see a bit of natural fading, especially after the first wash, but they will remain vibrant and beautiful for the life of the shirt.
